Our Pilates Teachers

Ansley Watson

Ansley Watson is a former environmental chemist turned Pilates teacher and founder of the Watson Method™. Following a car accident in 1998, she discovered the benefits of Pilates and eventually opened her own studio, Joie de Vivre Pilates, in 2006. Her method is designed to challenge clients of all levels, from fitness enthusiasts to those with injuries, and combines Pilates with other techniques health coaching and nutritional therapy to promote optimal health and wellness.
