700 Hour Pilates Teacher Training

The Watson Method Certified Pilates Teacher Program offers an expansive 700-hour master-level program, a synergy of the 500 program and an additional 200-hour advanced training. This specialized curriculum isn't just about advancing Pilates expertise; it's a stepping stone towards strengthening skills in injury rehabilitation and specialization.

This advanced/master training extends beyond intermediate levels, diving deep into intricate Pilates methodologies, exploring diverse equipment with a focus on precision and control in movements. Emphasis lies on mastering complex variations that challenge strength, flexibility, and coordination.

What sets this program apart is its comprehensive approach. In addition to the advanced Pilates techniques, it includes detailed training in injury rehabilitation, program development, and business management. Moreover, it guides graduates on potential career paths, whether as studio teachers, owners, or even franchisees.

Within the 700-hour module, participants gain extensive knowledge in teaching advanced-level Watson Method™ Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and more. It also fosters a deep understanding of anatomy and rehab techniques within Pilates. The training extends support in navigating the career landscape, providing guidance on becoming a sought-after teacher, owning a studio, or exploring franchise opportunities.

Tuition: Module III=$1,900 in addition to Module I and II (includes all fees and exams but does not include classes).  Financing is available. 

Please Note: Both Module I and II are required to be certified in the Watson Method. 

Module III is required for the PMA board exam.
