Pilates Reformer and Cadillac Classes

This class welcomes everyone, from beginners to those at any level. It's especially suitable for newcomers and individuals recovering from injuries. The Watson Method™ (WM) metabolic Pilates integrates modern insights from endocrinology, fitness, strength, and conditioning studies. Using short exercise intervals on the Reformer/Cadillac, this method focuses on weight-bearing exercises that target major muscles, activating fat-burning hormones. The class utilizes weight-bearing springs, fostering longer and leaner muscles. For those with injuries, there's a strong emphasis on modifications, ensuring a tailored and safe experience for all participants, regardless of their fitness level or physical condition.

In this class, we do short exercises on the Reformer/Cadillac that focus on lifting weights and toning big muscles. This helps to trigger hormones that burn fat. People also benefit from using springs that help muscles grow longer and leaner. If you're looking for a more advanced Pilates class that's still enjoyable, this one is for you. We focus on specific exercises that help tone muscles and keep your body's metabolism active.

L3 is an intermediate/advanced Watson Method™ (WM) Pilates class. It combines modern research in hormones, fitness, and muscles. In this class, we do quick, strong exercises on the Reformer/Cadillac that work big muscles and help burn fat. We use springs to make muscles longer and leaner. This class is for those wanting a tougher Pilates workout. We focus on specific exercises that tone muscles and speed up your body's metabolism. If you're up for a challenge and want to take your Pilates skills to the next level, this class is perfect for you.

Every class has a master level instructor cultivating a supportive fitness community, making each session joyous and effective. We prioritize body corrections, welcome questions, and infuse fun into every moment, ensuring an engaging and enriching experience for all.
Arrive a little early to fill out paper work. Doors to the studio open 5-10 min before a class, but you may want o arrive 15 min prior to class to find street parking.
Wear comfortable workout clothing and preferably sticky socks, if you have them.

At the Watson Method Certified Pilates Teacher Training, we offer intimate sessions for a deep understanding of Pilates. Whether seeking personal knowledge or aspiring to teach, our comprehensive program covers beginner principles, anatomy, equipment mastery, alignment, and adaptable workouts for diverse needs and fitness levels.
Please Note: Both Module I and II are required to be certified in the Watson Method.
Module III is required for the PMA board exam.
