500 Hour Pilates Teacher Training
The Watson Method Certified Pilates Teacher Program offers a comprehensive 500-hour intermediate level training, combining a 250-hour beginner program with an additional 250-hour intermediate training. This intermediate level advances beyond foundational basics, exploring Pilates methodology and techniques in greater depth. The program introduces more intricate exercises across various Pilates equipment, focusing on refining movements and transitions. Emphasis is placed on enhancing core strength, flexibility, and coordination while challenging endurance and control through a broader range of exercises.
Our program concentrates on advancing exercise variations for fluidity and precision, diving deeper into anatomical understanding, and adapting exercises to diverse body types and abilities. Moreover, the 500-hour training extensively covers injury prevention and management, empowering instructors to provide tailored guidance for clients with specific needs. Overall, our focus lies in enhancing Pilates practices, refining techniques, and providing a diverse and challenging workout experience.
Tuition: Module II = $2,500 in addition to Module I (includes all fees and exams but does not include classes). Financing is available.
Please Note: Both Module I and II are required to be certified in the Watson Method.
Module III is required for the PMA board exam.
