This training teaches current Pilates teachers how to release tension, improve flexibility, and promote relaxation in the neck and shoulder areas. With a combination of classical Pilates movements reimagined, stretches, and relaxation techniques, you'll discover ways to alleviate discomfort and improve overall neck and shoulder health for your clients.

Watson Method™ Pre/Post Natal – $400

The Watson Method™ Reformer/Cadillac Classes are safe and effective way to help your body with the natural changes that occur during all stages of pregnancy.  It can relieve pain the shoulders, hips, and legs.  Pilates also strengthens abdominals and pelvic floor muscles to prepare your body of labor.  After your child is born, Pilates, is a wonderful tool to stabilize your hips and to regain your core strength.

Watson Method™ Jumpboard – $200

Jump your way into ski season! This class is a heart pumping conditioning class that almost everyone can do. All based on interval training, it increases your stamina and metabolism. It has components of a Pilates Jumpboard class, but works at a much higher endurance level. And yet, is easy enough that even people with injuries are seeing the results it produces. Don't ski? You'll still see the results your body wants.

Watson Method™ Lift – $200

Repair your broken metabolism! Metabolic Pilates Lift uses intervals with small weights and Pilates Mat exercises to tone large muscle groups to "turn on" fat burning hormones.

Watson Method™ Small apparatus (Magic circle, ball, foam roller, hand weights) - $200

Back and Hip Week: Our experienced instructors will guide you through a series of exercises and stretches tailored to alleviate tension, strengthen supporting muscles, and improve posture. You'll gain valuable insights into proper body mechanics and learn techniques to manage and prevent future back and hip pain.

Knee and Leg Week: Our class will guide you through exercises aimed at strengthening the muscles around the knees, improving flexibility, and providing relief from discomfort. You'll also receive valuable tips on maintaining joint health and preventing future issues.
