CANCELLATION POLICY

Group classes require a 12-hour cancellation notice.  When canceling a class with less than 12-hours notice, we will charge $15 for a late cancel and $20 for a no show.

Private sessions require a 24-hour cancellation notice.  Private lessons will be charged the full price of the lesson. 

WAITLIST

If you would like to be added to the waitlist choose "Yes, Add me to the Waitlist". You will be notified up to 90 MINUTES before the class if you have been moved from the waitlist and added to a class.  

You will receive a confirmation email if you've been added to the class from the waitlist, so please check you're email if you are on any of the waitlists!  If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist as you will be charged for a no show if you are added to the class and you fail to show up.

NEW CLIENTS

We request that all new clients show up 10-15 minutes before class to fill out paperwork.  All client are required to keep a credit card on file in the case of a late cancel or no show. 

MEMBERSHIP HOLD

All AutoPay and Monthly Memberships are eligible for our hold program. You may place your membership on hold one time per calendar year, for any length of time, with a $30/month hold fee.   

TERMS & CONDITION

All sales are final. Classes are not eligible for transfer, refund or exchange. Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice. All classes must be pre-paid through our online scheduling program. A valid credit card is required for all accounts.  If you do not arrive after 5 minutes of the class start time, your spot may be given away to someone that is waiting.
