Ground Buffalo Taco Salad

  • 1 pounds(s) Ground buffalo
  • 2 tbsp(s) Coconut oil
  • Natural taco seasoning, package
  • 1/2 cup(s) Filtered water
  • Mixed organic salad greens
  • Fresh salsa
  • Avocado, sliced


In a medium skillet, brown the buffalo in coconut oil. Add the seasoning mix and water; simmer until water is absorbed. Using salad bowls, fill each bowl with mixed greens, add the meat, salsa and avocado slices.
